The menue is always a surprise.
For us too.

We have no set house menu; we prefer to be inspired by what the season has to offer. And since we are naturally curious, this often means new exciting menu compositions. Lunches are served in the somewhat lighter style of modern Swedish cuisine. And in the evening a more international cuisine is served. However, we do have a few favourites as well. You can enjoy salted, fried beef brisket with mashed turnips at least a few times a year.
